As of August 2018, Quincy, Mi passed the ordinances to support the growth of 5 categories of licenses required to operate under Michigan law. All facilities looking to operate in Quincy’s new cannabis industry now have a basis of operations and application procedures are now in place.

All license categories may be submitted at any date in the future, except for Provisioning Centers. Provisioning Center licenses application may be submitted from January 3, 2019 to January 31, 2019. Per Quincy’s newly adopted review policy, Village staff will review applications. Recommendations will be made to the Village Council at the February 2019 Council meeting.
